All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt. Items marked down with a discount, formal wear and all jewellery are final sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In Store Returns &amp; Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular priced merchandise in its original, unused condition, with its original tags attached is eligible for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Items marked down with a discount, formal wear and all jewellery are final sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Freda&#8217;s Customer Service\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is the policy of Freda&#8217;s to delight our customers in any way we can. All merchandise returns are subject to the Return Policy and all decisions are subject to the discretion of Store Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Apparel:<\/strong>\u00a0all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact our\u00a0customer care\u00a0to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to item availability, item(s) purchased on Fredas.com\/shop may be exchanged via mail or in-store. Simply return your item(s) and place a new order, or make a purchase in-store. Send us an Email to info@fredas.com or call and we will put the exchanged item aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merchandise exchanged or returned must be in accordance with Freda\u2019s Online Return Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p><h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, FREDA&#8217;S will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Late or missing refunds<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fredas.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sale Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. All Sale items are final sale, no exchange, store credit or refund. Any items sent back to us that was discounted will be mailed back to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frequent Returns<br><\/strong>We offer a lenient return policy to provide customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience. If you are experiencing sizing issues or consistently finding merchandise to be unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team.<br>Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and\/or cancelling future orders.<br>FREDA&#8217;S reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gifts\">Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: 45 Elm Street, Toronto, ON, M5G 1H1, Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
